The Middlebury Board of Selectmen posted a notice on July 31, 2023, that their regular Monday, August 7, meeting is canceled and a special meeting will be held Wednesday, August 9, at 4 p.m. in the Town Hall Conference Room. The notice gave no reason for the change.
