Region 15 Superintendent Regina L. Botsford announced a 2-hour delay for the region’s schools for Monday, April 2, but said if a decision is made to instead close schools for the day, that decision will be announced by 7:30 a.m.
She said:
“We are expecting a few inches of snow this morning. In the interest of allowing the daylight to dissipate any accumulating road cover, all R15 schools will be on a two-hour delayed opening schedule today, Monday, April 2, 2018.
I will continue to monitor conditions this morning, and if it is necessary to close school today, a second announcement will be sent by 7:30 am. If you do not receive a second announcement, we will remain on a two-hour delay. You may also check the flag at the top of the R15 website, www.region15.org.”
