SOUTHBURY – The Pomperaug Elementary School (PES) Holiday Fair, an annual PTO fundraiser, will offer children and adults a festive shopping experience Friday, Dec. 9, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the PES gym at 607 Main St. S. in Southbury.

Adults can shop from vendors who offer unique gifts not found in retail stores – some handcrafted, one-of-a-kind and even personalized. School-age children can proudly shop independently using money from their piggy banks since thoughtful gifts for friends and family start at just $1. Volunteers will be on hand to help little ones needing assistance.

New this year will be a card-making table run by the Pomperaug Pals. At the table, children can add their own personal touch after their choices have been complimentary gift wrapped – maybe even by one of their teachers!

The annual Pomperaug Elementary School Holiday Fair provides the community a fun holiday night out and supports the PES PTO in its commitment to help provide programming and materials that enrich students’ educational experience.
