The Town of Middlebury will be closed Monday, February 23, due to expected blizzard conditions in our area. Middlebury has a parking ban in effect from noon, Sunday, Feb 22, through 8 am, Tuesday, Feb 24, so that DPW plow crews can work safely and efficiently.
Once the storm passes, if you live near a fire hydrant, please consider clearing space around it as a courtesy to our volunteer fire department.
Governor Lamont declared a state of emergency for Connecticut until further notice and placed a ban on commercial vehicle travel on limited access highways starting at 5 pm Sunday, February 22. The height of the storm is expected in the early hours Monday morning. Please stay home and stay safe!
