Waterbury – Waterbury Youth Services’ annual Perfect Prom Project will take place Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event offers high school students the opportunity to choose their perfect prom attire for free, including dresses, suits, and accessories.

With prom season fast approaching, the cost of attending prom can be a financial burden for many students and families. The Perfect Prom Project aims to make prom dreams come true for all students, regardless of their financial situation. Students are encouraged to book an appointment in advance to ensure they can find the perfect outfit for their special night.

The Perfect Prom Project provides free prom attire and accessories to high school students, regardless of their financial situation. Students will have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of dresses, suits, tuxes, gowns, shoes, and jewelry.

The goal is to provide an unforgettable prom experience for all high school students throughout Connecticut. “We are thrilled to bring back the Perfect Prom Project for another year,” said Rasheeda Latch, Juvenile Justice Team Leader, and Prom Project Coordinator for Waterbury Youth Services. “Prom is an important milestone for high school students, and we want to make sure that every student has the opportunity to feel confident and beautiful on their special night.”

They encourage the community to support this event by spreading the word and helping them make prom dreams come true for every teen in Connecticut.

The Perfect Prom Project event is free and open to all high school students, but space is limited, so appointments are required. To book an appointment, students should visit www.waterburyyouthservices.org/perfect-prom-project to book their appointment.
