Middlebury Police Chief Fran Dabbo said two more arrest warrants for risk of injury to a child were served on former Region 15 para-educator Chad Oullette, 19, Wednesday, Feb. 21, when he made his appearance in Waterbury court. The new warrants were the result of two more juvenile victims coming forward. Chief Dabbo said the investigation is continuing.

Oullette was initially arrested when Middlebury police officers responded to Memorial Middle School Monday, Feb. 12,  regarding an incident between Ouellette and a student. Ouellette was removed from the school by police and subsequently arrested and charged with risk of injury to a child.

Ouellette’s employment with Regional School District 15 was immediately terminated by school officials. At that time his Feb. 21 court date was set, and he was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
