Trunkers

“Trunkers” are asked to bring their car and their kids to Hollow Park on Halloween starting at 4 p.m. and arriving no later than 4:30 p.m. to decorate. Park your car, open your decorated trunk, sit out on your lawn chairs and watch your child trick or treat from car to car while you hand out candy to all of the trick or treaters!

Cars may not leave the area until 6:30 p.m. Trick or treaters will start circulating at 5 p.m.

Those who need a larger-than-standard size parking spot (10′ wide by 20′ deep), please email JeniferMiller@woodburyct.org or call 203-263-3113.

Registration is not required. There will be prizes for best decorated trunk!

Treaters

There is no admission fee for trick-or-treaters, but each is asked to bring a nonperishable food item for the food bank as well as a bag of candy for the trunkers.  These will be collected as you walk from your car to the trunks so please bring them with you from your car.

What to bring:  Your car, your treats, your food bank donation and your treaters!

More Information: Please do not come in multiple cars; try to keep to one car per family as we do not want parking to become an issue.

No walk-ins! All children must be accompanied by an adult and all adults must be accompanied by their child(ren). No alcohol please! Woodbury Parks and Rec is accepting candy donations at the Woodbury Library and the Rec House up until the day of the event.
