The Friends of the Middlebury Public Library Spring Fling Buffet Dinner fundraiser is Thursday, April 27, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Shepardson Community Center at 1172 Whittemore Road in Middlebury. The menu includes chicken, broccoli, garden salad, potato salad, coleslaw, beverages and dessert. Tickets are $10; children under 6 are free. Tickets must be pre-purchased and are available at the Middlebury Public Library, Middlebury Parks and Recreation and the Middlebury Senior Center.
