Beloved crow stolen from Middlebury gravesite

#MIDDLEBURY

Someone has taken a crow statue from Lake Elise Cemetery. And this morning brings a message from Laura Albee of Southbury telling us about the theft from her son’s gravesite.

Albee writes, “My son’s beloved crow that was placed at his gravesite at Lake Elise Cemetery in Middlebury was taken. We are asking for whoever did this, knows who may have taken it, or comes across a 14-inch black cast-iron statue of a crow perched on a sphere to return it to his place of rest or to Middlebury police with no questions asked. Thank you.”

Please, dear readers, help return this statue to its place in Lake Elise Cemetery.
