Request for your balloon photos

Thursday, Jan. 15, two balloons are to be placed at the height of the proposed 150-foot stacks as part of the Connecticut Siting Council Oxford visit for the CPV Energy Center (power plant at Oxford Airport). If you can see the balloons, please take a picture of them and email the picture to mbisubmit@gmail.com along with a note about where you were when you took the picture. We are trying to determine how visible the stacks will be in surrounding areas. Thank you!
